Our Services

When it comes to musculoskeletal issues, there is no cookie-cutter approach. You need experienced practitioners who collaborate and communicate with you to create a holistic strategy for your health and wellbeing.

Osteopathy

Our osteopaths offer extensive experience and are recognised as one of the most highly reputable groups in the northern suburbs. We will work with you to uncover the real reasons for your problem and outline exactly what is required to resolve them. We thoroughly listen, educate and guide you, and provide you with the necessary tools so you can return to doing the things you love.

Clinical Pilates

Pilates is an exercise system that aims to encourage length, strength, flexibility and balance in mobility for all body shapes, sizes and abilities. Our clinical Pilates classes are kept small (1-4 people) enabling technique to be closely observed and performed for maximum benefit. An initial 1:1 assessment is encouraged to allow us to accommodate your individual needs.

Podiatry

Our podiatrists offer specialist care in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of conditions of the foot and lower limb. They are also well-practiced in the traditional areas of foot care such as skin and nail conditions. They use the latest technologies such as ultrasound and shockwave and can make orthotic devices as required.

Myotherapy

Our experienced myotherapists incorporate a variety of treatment techniques to help restore and maintain the integrity of the soft tissue structures. Advanced hands-on techniques plus injury prevention and exercise prescription are all incorporated to help you achieve your healthcare goals.

Massage

Our massage therapists offer a variety of high quality remedial, sports, relaxation, pregnancy and hot stone massage. We recognise the importance of listening and understanding your condition and then working with you as a team to achieve the right outcome. Your therapist will carefully select massage techniques appropriate to treat your musculoskeletal condition.

Dry Needling

We have brought together a team of highly qualified dry needling practitioners (both osteopaths and myotherapists) to offer you an amazing adjunct to your treatments. Dry needling is the insertion of a fine filament type needle into a tight muscle to encourage it to release and alleviate pain and ultimately reduce dysfunction.

Athletic Taping

Athletic taping techniques are used to encourage improved biomechanics of a joint thereby improving the surrounding muscle strength, proprioception and coordination. Ultimately it can help alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, relax muscles, enhance performance and help support muscles during sporting events or during pregnancy.

Exercise Physiology

We have brought together a team of highly qualified and motivated practitioners to help people affected by injury, illness or disability through manual therapy, exercise, education and advice. We believe that prevention is paramount and offer the most modern advice in lifestyle, injury prevention and exercise prescription.
